HR Generalist
Responsibilities:
Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting on the website, reviewing resumes, and performing telephone interviews and reference checks.
Prepares new-hire paperwork.
Assist with maintenance of employee benefits files, maintain group benefits databases and update employee payroll records.
Provide customer service support to internal and external customers.
Administers the background health and drug screening program for new hire employees.
Conducts new-employee orientations; develop career-pathing program; and coordinates employee development programs.
Maintains all employee and applicant documentation as dictated by governing agencies.
Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
Champion OJT program with all projects.
Coaches, counsels, and guides managers before executing employee disciplinary actions.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
Manages and tracks all employee disciplinary action.
Support HR Manager as needed.
Position requirements include:
BS or BA Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, also (future use of Birddog and COINS data input).
Valid Driver's License and meet company guidelines to drive company vehicle.
Strong interpersonal and administrative skills.
Self-starter and ability to work unsupervised.
Team player and self-motivated to succeed.
Periodic daily travel required.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
